LPG is a popular alternative during load shedding of Sui gas in the winter season, as it is used for cooking and other domestic purposes. People in Pakistan get their cylinder filled from local market gas shops. It is also used as an auto vehicle fuel.
Comparison with Sui gas:
However, LPG is more expensive as compared to Sui gas and has low pressure. The shortage of LPG is also observed during the winter season.
